These terms govern use of evvconsultinggroup.com. They are not, on their own, a service agreement — actual consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or similar) between EVV Consulting Group and the client.

Use of this site

This site is provided to share information about our services and to let prospective clients request a consultation. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

No guarantee of outcome

Case studies, statistics, and illustrative figures on this site (including sample client portal data) describe past results or hypothetical examples and are not a guarantee of results for any future engagement. Outcomes depend on facts specific to each client, including payer mix, existing EVV configuration, and claim history.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to EVV Consulting Group and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Engagement terms

Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and data handling for an actual consulting engagement are set out in that engagement's signed agreement, which controls over anything on this website in the event of a conflict.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
